Our diamond wire with pre-sharpened sintered diamond beads of G635B (cobalt bond with good quality diamond from Ijin South Korea), diameter 10.5mm, 40beads per each meter, assembled with vulcanized rubber and reinforced with flat spring between beads, which achieves to average cutting speed @1.5-2.5m2 per hour with good balance of lifetime @ 2-4m2 per each linear meter wire, for all-around cutting applications of concrete and flint concrete with heavy steel reinforced in construction industry. The same above diamond wire is regularly supplied to our customers and partners from USA, United Kingdom, Germany, Sweden, Russia, Ukraine, Brazil, Chile and so on, due to the competitive quality with optimized balance between performance and cost.
